We have experience working with businesses from 0 or in the scaling phase. The sweet spot for a full-service partnership starts with approx. 50.000 € monthly revenue. But… We provide a broad spectrum of services, so don’t hesitate to contact us and jump on a discovery call where we can identify your needs and discuss possible solutions.
Our onboarding process typically involves an audit of existing strategy, assets, and approach, initial consultation to understand your business needs and goals, and the development of a customized proposal and strategy with a timeline. After confirmation, we set up a “deep dive” onboarding call with team leads and established clear communication channels.
We have completed successful projects for a range of businesses in various industries, including fashion, jewelry, beauty, skincare, supplements, accessories, pets, and many more. We are happy to provide examples upon request but are limited to clients’ NDAs.
We measure the success of our work using a combination of metrics depending on the client’s goals and selected services. Usually, our primary goal is to increase conversions (with KPIs such as MER, profitability, CPO, etc.). For specific services, we also follow an increase in traffic and engagement, as well as customer satisfaction and feedback.
Our pricing structure depends on the selected service. We have different payment structures, such as % of the Revenue, a combination of variable and fixed fees, and monthly or one-time payments. We provide detailed estimates and invoices for all of our projects.

We will establish regular check-ins and updates on Slack and emails to ensure that the project stays on track and execute weekly online meetings to check the results, status, and next steps of the project.
